What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via PayPal payments.

When will be my order processed?

All orders are being shipped out from our China Warehouse. We process orders within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) from the order date and will ship out next day after the processing has been completed.
We usually take extra time to process orders during the time of holidays and sale seasons due to the high number of orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place the order, please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order. We will ship out your order one the next day after the processing has been completed.
I will take 6-20 days to deliver to USA, UK, Canada and for the rest of the world, it will take 7-20 days depending on your location. Usually, in most of the case, it will reach out within 12 days.

Can I track my order?

We ensure that your order is comfortably packed and shipped via FedEx, DHL, ePacket based on the fastest available shipping provider. All your orders will be trackable and we ensure it will reach to you in the best condition. If we fail to provide the product in the best condition, you can contact our customer care team (care@RoyaleCrib.com), they will assist you.

Will I have to pay Customs Fees?

All the products on our site are tax-free in the US, which means you may be liable to pay for duties or taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. We are not liable for these charges and taxes and are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How can I return an item?

Our policy lasts for 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you wish to return the item please contact us with our customer care team by providing the order number and reason for the return. Our customer care team review your request and get back to you.

What if the item received is Defective/Damaged?

If you received a damaged/defective product then contact our customer care team immediately also include order number and photographs of the item. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

When will I get the refund?

The refund will be credited to your original form of payment and it may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect on your original mode of payment.
